Description
A list of specimens and observations recorded during Field Mycology course on 1-7 September 2024 organized by 4EU+ Alliance in Skryje (Czech Republic). Participants took trips to various forest sites in the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area, collected various fungi and fungi-like organisms, and identified them during laboratory classes. Some specimens were dried, preserved, and deposited in the Herbarium of the Charles University (PRC), Prague, Czech Republic. Others were only recorded as observations in the field. The list includes mostly non-lichenised fungi, with a few phytopathogenic ones, ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, and slime molds. Most records were identified to a species level, a few identified only to a genus, and several with tentative species identifications.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 262 records.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
