Description
This article is the fourth consecutive publication containing distribution data on the new records of macrofungi identified by members of the Fungal Diversity and Conservation Section of the Polish Mycological Society. The study aims to broaden the knowledge of the distribution of fungi in Poland. It presents data on 322 new localities of 206 species of macrofungi (21 species of Ascomycota and 185 species of Basidiomycota) occurring in 11 voivodeships and 31 mesoregions. Among them, one species (Phaeotremella frondosa) was not included in the checklist of Basidiomycetes of Poland, one (Geastrum fornicatum) is under strict protection and six (Fistulina hepatica, Grifola frondosa, Hericium coralloides, Hericium flagellum, Inonotus obliquus, Strobilomyces strobilaceus) are under partial protection in Poland. This dataset refers to the following paper: Gorczak M., Domian G., Konik J., Kudławiec B., Kujawa A., Leski T., Lożek M., Naser G., Pawłowska J., Stasińska M., Stokłosa N., Wrzosek M. 2024. Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 322 records.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
Versions
The table below shows only published versions of the resource that are publicly accessible.
