収集方法
Macrozoobenthic samples were obtained from soft-bottom sediments using grab samplers. Collected material was sieved to separate macrofauna, which was then processed for taxonomic identification and quantitative analyses of abundance and biomass.

- 1. Collection of benthic macroinvertebrate samples from soft-bottom sediments. 2. Sieving of sediment samples to separate macrofauna. 3. Taxonomic identification of macroinvertebrates in the laboratory. 4. Quantification of abundance and biomass.
