Description
The dataset contains information about European bisons in the Białowieża Primary Forest from 1965 until 2004, collected by staff of the Białowieża National Park during winter counts which take place every year. A number of observations in consecutive years reflects abundance of European bisons noted in these years.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 83 records.
